I love getting to photograph weddings at the Wroxeter Hotel woodland. Over the years I’ve photographed there many times and always get excited when I take another wedding photography booking for the woodland the hotel.
Getting married at the wroxeter hotel?
Set in the heart of Shropshire and easily accessible from major roads, being a wedding photographer based in Stafford it’s easy for me to get to the Wroxeter hotel woodland. With lots of outdoor space at the venue, there is plenty of photo opportunities.
The Woodland at Wroxeter is a lovely enclosed section of the hotels grounds, encircled by trees incorporating a rustic ceremony site and three giant tipis. Woodchip ground cover and seating for your guests this really is a unique setting for your wedding. The tipis provide the perfect area for your drinks reception and wedding breakfast.
natural wedding photography in a natural setting.
My style of wedding photography is very relaxed, with the emphasis on capturing you enjoying your wedding day, instead of standing and posing for millions of photos. This natural style of photographing a wedding sits comfortably with The Woodland at Wroxeter. The rustic walkway that leads you into the site looks stunning at any time of year. Wild flowers and cherry blossom are the stars of the show in Summer, hay bales and cut straw in the Autumn and a Winter Wonderland adds sparkle. The Woodland at Wroxeter is definitely a favourite wedding venue for me to visit.
The tipis at The Wroxeter can hold 200 of your guests, if you’re having a smaller wedding, no problem, with clever layouts the space can still feel cosy. As a wedding photographer the Wroxeter has always blessed me with fantastic light in the early evenings. Perfect for a little getaway for a few mins of relaxed photos of just the two of you.
